"The embryo is the size of a lentil this week. If you could see inside yourself, you'd find the fetus has an oversized head in proportion to its body. The embryo's facial features are forming with dark spots where the eyes are, openings where the nostrils will be, and pits to mark the ears."
We are almost at the 6 week mark!! I couldnt be more excited! I have to admitt I was a little nervous yesterday at my third Beta appointment. I was so anxious to hear what my numbers we doing and if everything is ok.
(Woohoo it went from 144, 328, to 2,828!!!)
We are so in love with our little bean it is not even funny...I couldnt imagine myself without him/her. Not everyone enjoys watching the development of the baby but everyday I can't wait to get my email from babycenter so it can tell me what my baby is doing. It's amazing to think that my body is actually going through this..its truly a blessing. My doctor is out of town all of next week, when we were going to have our first ultrasound so we have to wait until March 19th! It will be worth it because I will be a little over 7 weeks almost 8 weeks! We can't wait to see the heartbeat, I know that will just blow my mind.:)

Wonderful news! There is this awesome book you can get at Borders or Barnes and Noble. I think it is just called "A Pregnancy Journal" and it tells you whats going on each day. My husband and I read it together every morning and I have loved having something everyday instead of every week.
